Products are ordered by selecting the products and adding them to shopping cart. The order is sent when the payment has been made. By ordering the Customer accepts these terms, prices of the products and the delivery costs. When the Customer’s order is received, Aala sends a confirmation of receiving the order to the email address provided by the Customer when ordering.
Online Store‘s uses a payment service provider called Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, Business ID 2486559-4). Bambora is a part of payment institution register supervised by Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). The payment opens automatically in Bambora’s website. In the bank statement the payment is directed to Bambora or Paybyway Oy. Bambora forwards the payment to Aala. Payment is safe and all the information considering the payment is forwarded through secure connection.
The trade is created between the Customer and the Online Store. Online Store accepts all the liabilities to take care of any obligations related to trade.

Through PayForm-service the Customer may pay for the ordered products with online banking services, wallet, credit or debit cards, invoice or part payment. Available methods are: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard -kortit, as well as Jousto and Mash.
The Customer may pay with MobilePay-wallet if the online payments are accepted in the settings. The payment will be charged from the connected credit card. If the payment is invalid the online payment is not possible with MobilePay.
Jousto Invoice and Installment Service is a Finnish payment service which enables the Customer to finance online shopping quickly and securely.

All the orders are posted on working days. Aala endeavors to deliver the products found from the stock within 3-5 weekdays of receiving the order. In exceptional situations, for example if the products need to be ordered, the delivery time is 1-3 weeks.
Whenever the Customer notices any deficiencies in the delivery or the product, the Customer must, without delay after noticing the defect and within 14 days at the latest, contact the store. Packages damaged in the delivery must be reported, without delay, to the delivery company in charge.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has a right to return or exchange any products ordered from Aala Online Store within 14 days of receiving the products. The returned and exchanged products are required to be unused, in perfect condition and in its original package with a price tag in its place. The Customer may be contact with Aala before returning the products for more information. The Customer must attach their name, contact information and their account number for a possible refund with the returning.
If the total price of the order is below 30€ (minimum amount for free delivery) after return, refund will be cut by delivery costs.
CANCELLATION, LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS AND NOTICE OF DEFECTS
Before the delivery the Customer may cancel the order by written notice via e-mail.
Online Store has a legal liability for any defects in sold products. If noticing any defects, the Customer should be in contact to our customer service. In conflict situation the Customer may take the conflict to the Consumer Dispute Board to solve.
